 Your safety and enjoyment is the highest priority to us. All of our picnic surfaces are cleaned and disinfected following each use. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact us and we’ll be happy to answer your questions!

  • Picnic rental varies on the type of rental but most picnics begin at 2 hours with additional time available at booking.

  • We provide chilled water for all of our picnics. You are welcome to bring other beverages to enjoy. Bring your favorite meal or have us pick up something special! We have a few preferred restaurants but we will work with anyone of your choice.

  • Apps & Entrees: Park Restaurant & Bar, First Watch Las Margaritas, Sophia’s, Casa Maria’s, D. Rowe’s, Murry’s.

    Dessert: Dough X Batter, Eversweet Bakery, Mackenzie’s Blakery

  • We come to you. We can set up at your home or workplace, inside or outside. There are also picnic locations available for rental at Bethel Park, Nifong Park, Stephens Lake Park (daylight only) or Cherry Hill Square.

  • Picnics inside Columbia are included in the picnic rental. We will travel within approximately 2 hours from Columbia, Missouri. Travel charges start at $100.

  • Depending on the number of guests and the size of the set-up we typically come 45+ minutes before your reservation time. We will tear-down at the end of your 2 hour rental time which normally takes half the amount of time.

  • We love honesty! And accidents do happen. We ask that clients be upfront and honest as we want to work hard to make all rental experiences a success. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost should negligence be an issue.

  • If the reservation is cancelled over 48 hours in advance of the reservation, 50% of the payment will be refunded. The other 50% may be credited toward a future reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the reservation, there will be no refund and a 25% credit toward a future reservation. Should a reservation be cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the reservation, there will be no refund and no credits.

  • In order to setup, there must not be any rain or precipitation coming down during the set-up or rental. Should inclement weather appear to be a concern, we will stay in touch in the days before your reservation and make a final call 12 hours prior to your reservation time. If it is impossible to set up outdoors, we can move the experience inside or postpone to another available date.
