
How It Works:
Once your request and payment are submitted, your reservation is confirmed—we're excited to have you booked! Your chosen date is immediately reserved and secured in our system.
For Standard Picnics:
We typically have all the information we need at the time of booking. We’ll give you a quick call 4–7 days prior to your picnic to confirm the final details.
Please note: If weather conditions require rescheduling, we will reach out to you directly.
For Custom Picnics or Those Requiring a Quote:
We’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss details and finalize your reservation.
Day of Your Picnic:
We’ll arrive approximately 60 minutes before your scheduled time to set everything up. When you arrive, your picnic will be fully styled and ready to enjoy.
Please arrive at your confirmed time and location with your food of choice and relax!
Note: We do not provide food at this time.
At the end of your reservation, we will return to clean everything up. Once we’ve finished and left the location, we’ll send you a confirmation text to ensure your experience was everything you hoped for.
