We’ll provide chilled water, hot cocoa or cider with mugs and glassware. All plate ware, utensils and napkins will be ready for your use. Bring any specialty beverage and your favorite meal to enjoy. NO FOOD is included in the rental.

Should either high winds (above 15mph sustained) be predicted, accumulating snow expected or under 20℉ predicted, picnics will be canceled by CoMo Picnics 72 hours ahead of the scheduled picnic time. Guests will be offered rescheduling options, credit for a future picnic (within 6 months) or a full refund (minus the $50 non-refundable deposit). The safety and enjoyment of our guests is just as important as the safety of our staff in creating these experiences.

The 50% deposit is required upon booking because of the limited availability for picnics. The remainder will be due 2 days prior to the picnic date.

Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of your reservation time. This will allow you to park, bring your personal items to the tent, let us show you all the special details and get you settled in. Your reservation time will NOT be extended for late arrivals.

Seating Options include Pillow/Blanket Seating or Normal Seating which includes normal height table and chairs. Just denote which you prefer on your reservation!

Our tents are heated and so often clients find themselves taking their coats off right when they walk inside! We do require that you remove your shoes and place them into the shoe basket inside the tent door so wearing socks is definitely encouraged. Wearing slippers is totally allowed too! And yes...Christmas jammies are ALWAYS encouraged.

All tents will be located at the Cherry Hill Village Square in southwest Columbia. Tents will be found near the gazebo facing the Magic Tree. Hosts will be awaiting your arrival to escort you to your private tent rental. Our tents are very eye catching so don’t worry, you can’t miss them!

The luxury setting and heating inside of the tent does not allow us to host pets during the picnics. Service animals are allowed and we ask that you let us know prior to your reservation that you will be bringing them.

Activities which will create a mess or be destructive to the CoMo Picnics property will not be allowed. We welcome all gift exchanges, fun photo opps and lots of laughs. List your activity in the registration form or email us closer to your reservation! We will also provide a basket of fun activities for use during your picnic.

If the reservation is canceled over 48 hours in advance of the reservation, 50% of the entire payment will be refunded. The remaining amount may be credited toward a future reservation. If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the reservation, there will be a 25% refund and a 50% credit toward a future reservation. Should a reservation be canceled less than 24 hours prior to the reservation, there will be no refund and no credits.
